Terms of Service

1. Service

Lead Stack System provides a done-for-you appointment-setting system for real estate professionals. Depending on the services you select, this may include: lead-generation campaigns on Meta platforms (strategy, creative, and campaign management), a personal-brand website with an AI assistant that answers and qualifies buyers, CRM and calendar setup, and 24/7 AI follow-up that books appointments to your calendar. The specific deliverables for your engagement are defined in writing in your order or kickoff document.

2. Pricing & billing

Our services are billed as a flat monthly fee, quoted for your specific engagement and stated in your order or kickoff document. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Advertising budget (e.g., Facebook & Instagram ad spend) is paid by you directly to the advertising platform, stays in your own ad account, and is never part of our fees. Except as provided by the Appointment Guarantee in Section 4, fees for a billing period in which service has already been delivered are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

Service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After that date, AI agents are deactivated and your website remains live through the end of the paid cycle.

4. Appointment Guarantee

We stand behind what we sell on this site: if the system does not deliver at least ten (10) Qualified Appointments to your calendar within the first ninety (90) days after your system goes live, you do not pay our service fees for that period — and any such fees you have already paid will be refunded. This guarantee covers our service fees only; third-party costs such as ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms are not included.

To keep the guarantee unambiguous, the definition of a “Qualified Appointment” for your market — and the calendar it must be booked to — is agreed with you in writing on your kickoff call. The guarantee assumes reasonable cooperation on your side: completing onboarding, keeping calendar availability open, attending the appointments the system books, and, if Lead Generation is part of your engagement, keeping your ad account active with the agreed budget.

5. Intellectual property

You own your content (logos, copy, photos). We retain the right to use anonymized project work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Except for amounts payable under the Appointment Guarantee (Section 4), our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous 30 days, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome beyond that Guarantee.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance.

8. Text messaging

By giving us your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Lead Stack System about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, and customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
